DonateTh.is is a technology platform operated by LE 589X LLC. We provide tools for collecting donations, managing donor records, and processing payments through Stripe.

What DonateTh.is is not

DonateTh.is is not a political committee, PAC, registered charity, 501(c)(3) organization, campaign treasurer, compliance officer, tax advisor, or legal counsel. We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice.

Campaign operator responsibilities

Operators are solely responsible for: compliance with all applicable campaign finance laws; filing required reports with the FEC, state commissions, or regulatory bodies; enforcing contribution limits; ensuring donor information accuracy; proper stewardship of donated funds; and maintaining required records.

What we provide

DonateTh.is provides structured donor data collection, legal attestation checkboxes, timestamped audit trails, CSV export, and per-donor aggregate tracking. These tools help operators meet their obligations but do not constitute legal or compliance advice.

DonateTh.is is a neutral platform. We do not endorse candidates, support political parties, advocate for causes, or take any political position.
