What you should know before making a donation
How donations work
Your payment is processed by Stripe and sent directly to the campaign's connected Stripe account. DonateTh.is never holds, controls, or has access to donated funds.
What information is collected
You may be asked to provide your name, email, mailing address, occupation, employer, and legal attestations. This information is required by law for many campaign types and is shared with the campaign operator.
Receipts
You will receive an email confirmation for every donation. DonateTh.is does not provide tax advice — consult a tax professional about deductibility.
Refunds
Contact the campaign operator directly for refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.
Reporting concerns
Report suspicious campaigns to abuse@donateth.is.
